Jen’s Attendants

All of these women are unique and extraordinary. They have warm hearts, sharp intellect, and open minds. And though they live in different cities and do different types of work, we share a love of good conversation, the arts, and, perhaps most important, Eddie Vedder!

Laura Lanchester, Maid Of Honor

Laura LanchesterLaura and Jen became friends at USC while working at the Daily Trojan. After graduation, they were roommates for three years in Hollywood before Jen moved abroad. Despite the long distance, they stayed in close touch and Laura visited numerous times. There is rarely a day when they don’t talk on the phone. During working hours, Laura surfs the Internet while working her paralegal job at a prestigious Los Angeles law firm. After hours, you can find Laura taking in a Dodger game or in a variety of Hollywood watering holes.

Kimberly Grobengieser, Bridesmaid

Kimberly GrobengieserKim and Jen have known each other since age 9 when they were students at Gloria Floyd Elementary School in Miami. Kim really is as nice as she seems but don’t be fooled - she can be pushy. But in a really sweet, adorable way. On a trip to Europe in 2000, Kim really wanted to see Pearl Jam play in Germany. Though they had no tickets, she insisted that she, Jen and Courtney take the train from Amsterdam to Hamburg. They bought tickets from a scalper named Cinnamon outside the venue. It was one of the most amazing concerts ever and we were all happy Kim made us go to Germany. Kim lives in Brooklyn with her husband Rob and daughter Mae. She works as a television producer for VH1.

Courtney Finamore, Bridesmaid

Courtney FinamoreCourtney and Jen sat next to each other in eighth grade homeroom, where they admired each other’s outfits and talked about their current crushes. They’ve been chatting ever since and the conversation and friendship has only gotten better. Kim, Courtney and Jen became best friends and a BFF charm necklace, New Kids on the Block concert and who knows how many slumber parties sealed their friendship for life. Though they have lived in different cities — across the country and around the world — for more than 15 years, they couldn’t be closer. Courtney lives in Bel Air, Maryland with her husband Tommy and their two children, Chloe and Tessa.
